What is Roundup?
Roundup is one of the world's most widely-used herbicides manufactured by Monsanto. It is an agricultural product that was designed as a weed killer.
Roundup Lawsuit Information
In 2015, the International Agency for Research on Cancer determined that Roundup's main ingredient, Glyphosate, was a "probable human carcinogen." They also cited research linking the chemical to Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The manufacturer, Monsanto, was aware of the possible risks involving the chemical but did not warn the public and its consumers. The court documents also suggest a disagreement and possible collusion with the EPA in order to hide the connection between Roundup and cancer.
If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma due to excess exposure to Roundup, you may be eligible for financial compensation from the manufacturer.
